Just fill in our online registration form at groundworklabourhire.com.au/join. It takes less than 5 minutes. Tell us your tickets, availability and how far you're willing to travel and we'll do the rest.

Is there a cost to register?

No — registering with Groundwork is completely free for workers. We never charge workers a fee.

How do I find out about new jobs?

When a job comes up that matches your tickets and availability, we'll contact you directly by SMS or phone. The more complete your profile, the more jobs you'll be matched to.

Question 4

Do I need a White Card?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a current White Card (General Construction Induction) is the minimum requirement for all workers in our pool. Additional tickets like EWP, Dogman or Forklift will get you matched to more jobs.

What kind of work is available?

We primarily place workers on commercial and residential construction sites across Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. Work is typically casual and varies from single days to ongoing placements.

How quickly can I start getting work?

Accepted Answer

Once your registration is approved, you can start receiving job offers immediately. Having a full profile with all your tickets listed gives you the best chance of being matched quickly.

What if I'm no longer available or my details change?

Accepted Answer

Contact us and we'll update your profile. It's important your availability is accurate so we don't offer you jobs you can't take.
